This popular surf shop is in the Koko Marina Shopping Center. Jade slate was used on the storefront for its natural beauty and resistance to vandalism.

Unity House
This familiar spot along the Ala Wai canal used to be the World Gym. Before that it was the studios of KPOI radio. Now it is the offices and meeting facilities for a major labor union.
